Cottesloe Beach Perth Western Australia

Another Cottesloe Beach 2007. The object featured in yesterday's shot and also visible here is the Cottesloe Pylon. It's a sort of famous object in the city. Every kid has climbed to the top and done somersaults into the sea. Football clubs paint it their colours in the middle of the night. Everyone knows it. I think it used to hold an anti shark net, but that was before WW2 (I think).
